It's a good thing. Of course the fact that the things I got done only scratch the surface of the things I
need to get done, well, that sucks.
I completed the Author Review for
the book.
I did all my reading for my classes this week. Side note to that:
Mary E. Wilkins Freeman rocks! I'm going to write my AmLit paper on her stuff. Don't ask me about what, because that's as far as I got in the thought process.
While doing my reading for my theory class and dutifully taking notes on the assigned essays, I came upon the last one and immediately felt I was being punished for some sin in a past life. It was an excerpt from Barbara Herrnstein Smith's
Contingencies of Value; while I have no problem understanding the content, actually
getting to the content kicked my ass. Use a frickin' period, woman!
Now I must get back to work and what will likely be another three-days-in-a-row of non-sleep, based on the list I have in front of me. So it goes.
